Stephen Brock CEO, President & Founder of Public Company Management Corporation (PCMC). Brock started GoPublicToday.com in 1997 which advise companies how to access the public markets. In 2004 he took his own company public.

Frank Spady, CEO of Self Directed Alliance is an entrepreneur and businessman. He was the VP of Marketing at Fairchild Semiconductors which he turned into a $120 million business. It was later purchased by Schlumberge (a $7 billion dollar company) where he was the VP of Worldwide Marketing. Later, at Boeing Computer Services (Division of Boeing Aircraft) he was the VP of Sales and brought in the largest contract in the division's history of $86 million.
