Scottsdale-based GE Capital Solutions, Franchise Finance, has completed its acquisition of Trustreet Properties of Orlando, Florida for $3 billion including debt. Trustreet is the nation's largest restaurant real estate investment trust. Jerry Moyes, the former chairman and CEO and founder of Swift Transportation, plans to buy the Phoenix-based company and take it private. OrthoLogic Corporation, the Tempe-based biomedical company, has announced another losing quarter. Losses for the first nine months of 2006 have totalled $28.8 million without any revenues.
