Currently, Michael serves as a Director with RSM McGladrey in their Phoenix Office. He brings over ten years of accounting and financial staffing experience, most recently with Ledgent, where he was responsible for sales, recruiting and client satisfaction. Swiszcz is well known in the Phoenix business community as the Co-Founder and President of the Phoenix CEO-CFO Group, whose membership has grown to more than 2,300 local C-Level executives in three years. Michael is responsible for strategically growing RSM McGladrey's audit, tax and business consulting practices in Arizona and New Mexico.

Michael is a graduate of the Boston's Bentley College with a finance degree. After graduating, he joined a large national executive recruiting firm for the finance industry. He later moved to Accounting Alliance which became Ledgent. At Ledgent his success and talent were recognized and he was promoted to the Branch Manager of Ledgent's Mesa, Arizona Office. Michael is an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and the Phoenix CEO-CFO Group. Michael was the President of the Valley of Sun Chapter of the IMA for two terms and has been on the board for over five years. Michael's career has been dedicated to serving the accounting and financial profession.
