About the Speakers:
Barry W. Lutz, Managing Partner - Barry Lutz is a managing director with Green Manning & Bunch in the firm's Phoenix office. He has 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory, private financings and management consulting with a broad range of public, private and private equity clients. Barry specializes in mergers & acquisitions, institutional private placements of debt and equity, and strategic advisory services for clients in the middle market. He is a former investment banker with UBS Investment Bank and Credit Suisse, and a senior management consultant with Accenture. He holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS with Honors from the University of Arizona.
